Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. All of our rental agreements are month-to-month.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay. You can pay in person with cash, check, money order or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex). You can mail us a check or make a payment over the telephone with a credit card.
How do I know what unit size to rent?
See Size Guide to help you estimate the right size to rent. We do have unit sizes that are not shown in the unit size accomodations that may be an option for you if you require more space.
Accessibility is another factor to consider. If you are going to access the contents of your unit frequently, you may want a larger unit to access the items with ease. If you do not need to access your contents often, you can stack your contents more efficiently.
Do you provide a moving truck?
We do not provide a moving truck but we do have several moving truck rental locations within a several mile radius including the following:

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
What security features do you offer?
We offer coded gate entry, perimeter fencing, 24-hour video surveillance and individually alarmed units.
Do you sell locks or do I need to provide my own?
You have the option to purchase one of our stainless steel locks or provide your own. We do recommend that if you provide your own lock that it is of good quality.
Do I need to insure my personal belongings stored at your facilities?
At AAAA Mini Storage, we strive to provide the best facility and service to meet your storage needs. Unfortunately, there can be uncontrollable circumstances, natural and otherwise, that may occur which can cause loss or damage to your stored goods. Consequently, we do require you to insure your personal property stored at our self storage facilities. Contact our facilities directly to hear about the insurance options we offer if you do not have insurance of your own.
Do I need to give you notice when I move out?
You need to give us at least 3 days written notice prior to moving out.
