How do I know what unit size to rent?
See Unit Size Accomodations to help you estimate the right size to rent. We do have unit sizes that are not shown in the unit size accomodations that may be an option for you if you had too many items to store for one size but not enough items for the next size shown.
Accessibility is another factor to consider. If you are going to access the contents of your unit often, you may want a larger unit to access the items with ease. If you do not need to access contents often, you can stack your contents more efficiently.
Do you sell locks or do I need to provide my own?
You have an option to purchase one of our 6-pin stainless steel locks or provide your own. We do recommend that if you provide your own lock that it is of good quality.
How long of a term is the rental agreement?
All of our rental agreements are month-to-month.
Do I have to purchase rental insurance?
Washington law does not require that you insure your personal property. We recommend you insure your goods however, as you are solely responsible for the goods stored in your unit.
When can I access my unit?
You have access to your unit 7 days a week, from 6:00am – 10:00pm.
Do I need to give you notice when I move out?
You need to give us at least 3 days written notice prior to moving out.

How do I pay my bill?
You can pay in person with cash, check, money order or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). You can mail us a check or make a payment over the telephone with a credit card. You can also use our Pay Online Burien or Pay Online South Seattle feature – just call our office for your login information.
